Nestled in the heart of a lush jungle setting, our family had an unforgettable stay at this budget-friendly resort. The huts, though basic, were impeccably clean and provided us with a true sense of being in the midst of nature. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even helped us book our tours and arrange transportation. The onsite restaurant served delicious Thai cuisine at affordable prices. Plus, the resort's convenient location made it easy for us to explore nearby attractions such as Nam Talu cave and the stunning river.
We did encounter some minor issues with the bathroom facilities.

We came here for 4 days, and stayed for 7 instead, because it was so relaxing and peaceful. The bangalow was much bigger and modern than expected. It's 5-10min walking from the village's main road so it's perfect for relaxing and feeling like you are sleeping in the jungle. Expect a lot of animal noises during the night and many insects, which is inevitable. Breakfast is included and there are a few options between pancakes/butter and jam toast and eggs. The banana pancake was really good! Is you walk a bit past the bangalows, there is a river and a swing. It was a nice surprise!
Totally recommend this hotel.

The Krua Thai Restaurant serves a wide selection of Thai cuisine available from 6:00 until 23:00 hrs. I relaxed with a massage at the spa and took advantage of the roundtrip airport shuttle, terrace, garden, sauna, and steamroom. The free private parking onsite was a plus.
They had the audacity to charge for the shuttle service. How dare they!

The value for money at Khaosok Island Resort was excellent. The room was basic but comfortable, and we didn't even need air conditioning at night. The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and the national park within short walking distance. The staff and owner were incredibly friendly and helped us book our tours and transportation smoothly.
The breakfast option could use some improvement, like having fresh juice and fruit daily.

The food at Khaosok Island Resort was absolutely delicious. I had the prawn tempura and it was cooked to perfection. The flavors were incredible and the portion size was generous. It was definitely a highlight of my stay.
The wifi at the resort was a bit slow and only available in the common area. However, considering the beautiful jungle surroundings, it was actually a great opportunity to disconnect and enjoy nature.

the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, even picking us up from the bus stop and giving us a lift to our next destination. the breakfast was delicious and the owner even arranged a tour for us to the lake and cave. Our family room was clean, although a bit uncomfortable with limited storage space. I highly recommend Khaosok Island Resort for its proximity to the national park, great value, and helpful staff. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 👍.
